ZTRONICA started as a personal frustration. As a college student, I kept coming up with game ideas, sketching out designs, picking a name, and then opening the engine only to spend days stuck on scripting a mechanic that should have taken an hour, hunting down placeholder sprites that were never quite right, or wrestling with animations and audio triggers that broke everything else. The ideas were clear. The execution was not. Game after game ended up shelved, not because the concepts were bad, but because the hundred small technical tasks between an idea and a working build took more time than I had. The game was never really the problem. The grind around the game was. ZTRONICA is the tool I kept wishing existed: a complete game creation environment where AI handles the heavy lifting, so you can stay focused on the actual game you are trying to make.
